Model file "locked" 1

Hi everybody,
My computer crashed while I was working and when I tryed to reopen the model file I got a message saying that the model file is in use by another user !!! So I couldn't open it. How can I unlock the model file? Or what else should I do to get acces to that model file?

You can delete the locked file using explorer. Find a file in your directory where ideas is on the hard drive with your model file name and a .lck extension. This is a lock on the model file. Delete this file and you shopuld be able to open your model file again..You have to be out of i-deas to do this
