Yesterday I worked with a file created in NX9, today I can´t open the file, it shows one alert:
"modeler error - unexpected file access error from frustrum"
some one of you know how can I get again the file?

Thank for your contribution

Make a copy in windows....rename it & copy it again. I have had luck doing this as well....try importing the various copies? if they will not open.

When I import copies of the "corrupt file" into new file, it doesn´t work, I talked with GTAC team and they are working with this.
When I have the result, I comment all fo you.

Have tried loading the part with structure only? Instead of fulling loading the part? What happens when you open an assembly that has the part as a component

This sounds like one that GTAC will have to do their 'magic' on.

Is correct, GTAC team are checking syslog files to find a solution.

Colleagues

GTAC analized syslog files of my model and they found errors when the drafting was updated in a section view; GTAC could not restore the complete file, only parasolids and CGMs.
In the future you can apply the next steps to reduce errors.

file>utilities>customer defaults>Gateway>toggle off "compress part on save & always compress parts on save"

Best regards
