hi all.....please help me in modeling a composite plate(3D)for NDE application using ABAQUS. I am newly using ABAQUS so unable to model composites. Please give me any related tutorial so taat i can able to model the same.Please help me....

In 3D, you can try using a continuum shell element definition and then using a composite shell section with the ply lay-up defined in terms of the material and fiber orientation direction.
