You'll need to use 3D sketches and surfaces. I'd suggest going through the built in tutorials as well as looking at YouTube videos.

Hello Algerie,

This can be done in Solidworks using Co-Plannar Sketches defining the boundaries of the Lamp Shade

Using a 3D Curve through reference points to create a curve that connect points alternatively in 2 planes.
