modified bouc-wen model parameters

Is it possible to write a program in VBA to solve for the modified bouc-wen model in the macros of the attached file with nonlinear least squares opitmization? This is normally done in matlab, however I would like to do it in VBA because I recice the data from the manufacturer in Excel so I would like to just bring in the macros and run the program. Column A is time step B is displacement C is velocity D is the experimental force and E is the predicted for after I run the program. The parameters are in Row 2.
