Moment Connection between Prestressed Spun Piles and RC Pilecap

Hi,

Is it possible for a connection between a prestressed spun pile embedded in RC pilecap to develop moment resistance? i.e. to be considered as a moment connection instead of pin connection?

Anyone knows any literature or technical docs on this?
