As a person that is mostly involved in power electronics, I quite often need to talk about these things with people in the power distribution business that, ideally, should know about basic facts, but don't. This almost 500 page collection of papers will, I hope, reduce the duration of many discussions from days and weeks to hours. The TOC looks very promising!
