Monsoon weather conditions for HVAC

Is it necessary to consider monsoon weather conditions for HVAC heating & cooling load calculations?
If yes, what is the wise monsoon weather conditions should i take into consideration?

Only if you have a very large ventilation air load in which case the latent of evaporation will be a significant portion of total cooling load

Probably worst just before it starts to rain. hot and Humid.

I think ASHRAE lists design weather conditions for international locations. I would use what it lists.

You should "consider" them.

If hourly data is available, then I'd suggest you use that calculate a 90% or 99.6% or whatever you think appropriate "monsoon season design condition".

If ASHRAE (or other authoritative organization) has published design conditions for your location, then they would already have the monsoon season factored in, so you would not need to do this again.

It also depends to what are you designng for.

I would say that if it is a health facility or a silicon wafer manufacturing plant, I would design for worst case scenario.

If you design for an apartment block, you can use the local weeather bureau data or ASHRAE.

Just my 2 cents on this.
