Motion Screw Joint for a CarJack ADAMS

Hello, everyone!
I am a student in Mechanical Engineering and I would like to do a study on a car jack.

My question is very simple:
How to model and animate the screw connection please?

because in the “Motion” menu I only see “Translation Joint” and “Rotational Joint”
But a screw is both at the same time
I’d like to be able to animate the whole jack afterwards.

I’ve already started putting connections on part of the structure.

Just add "Joint_Primitive" between parts.
