I know how to create one. Place Circle > Method: Edge > Tangent Snap > Click one line > Tangent Snape > Click other line.
But can you MOVE an existing circle and do the same feat? I have about 100 cross-sections pipes (the circles) already properly sized but the ditch has been shifted.
To create new circles would entail clicking the radius button, and following the procedure above and changing circle radius each time. (well, at least most of them)
I'd like to be able to just move what's already there without having to make the extra clicks.
