Move command substituie Transform 1

Hi,
as in the subject, Move command had substituted the Transform command, but with Move command I haven't the Scale option as in the Transform command.
Scale option exist in other command or I need to restore the old transform command ?

The "transform" command is still there for that.

either find it using "command finder"
help > command finder > enter "transform"

or it is on (or can be put on) your "standard" tool bar (the one with the "start" pull-down)
