How do I oriente the handle to a hole edge? I am on NX7.5

When I set the motion to Dynamic and Move Handle Only
I have the option of moving the handle from CYSS to CYSS, but that doesn't do it . . . all I want to do is orient the handle it to an arc,
Why is that so dang hard ???

I can't tell you how much I dislike working with the Move command Move Component command.
Please bring back the old way of doing this.

Click the axis that you want to use as the normal direction then click the arc. When you roll over the axis it may highlight, but when you click on it nothing seems to change (needs better feedback, imho); even so, when you click the arc, the dynamic csys will orient to the plane of the arc. If you want/need to reverse the direction, double click the arrow head.

When you click on the origin handle make sure the snap points are enabled.
