Move ordinate dimension orgin

I can not seem to find how to move the origin of my ordinate dimension.
Before you could right click and pick move origin but that option seems to be missing in NX 9

Dont turn on the ordinate dimension function. Just double click an ordinate dimension, then when the origin appears, right click on the center and click on Point Construction. Then click where you want it to be and hit OK.
