I have to give a truck loading on a bridge and get influence surface. How can I do moving load analysis for concentrated load, because for pressure load we can use Fortran subroutine but concentrated load there is no option for user defined type of loading. Could anyone please explain how to solve this for static general step!

A quite common way is to use contact with a rigid body moving along the beam. But you could also control *CLOAD definitions with amplitudes. Either defined manually or with UAMP subroutine.

Thanks for your info. I have a doubt can we use moving vehicle in ABAQUS Standard, because i need to use Static General step to analysis the model

You can simulate changing load using amplitudes in nonlinear static analyses. They just won’t account for inertia effects.
