moving ordinate dimensions

How can I make an ordinate dimension come out at an angle?I have a part with a lot of dimensions close to each other an I need to move them around but I can only move the dimension out or in from the part.

MAKE JOG is your best friend here.

Right click on your dimension and choose MAKE JOG. A JOG let you split the dimension line. You will ed up with something like this:
