Does anyone know of a Standard which talks about Moving Train Analysis or a software that does it?

Hi jbartos,
Thanks for the links. I will have to scan through the softwares mentioned. Essentially what I am looking for is a way to model the electrical network for a transit system and then simulate acceleration / deacceleration of trains based upon their schedule.
