Hello,
I have some problems in suspension simulate.
When i start parallel wheel travel simulation (or others simulations), actuators penetrates the tire.
Do anyone know what is wrong?
I attached some screen shots. As You can see, when actuators goes down wheels doesn't "follow" actuator.
There is minimum rotate of revolute joints of upper and lower control arm.

All i can say is that there is something wrong with you rig. What did you change?

Hello,
I didn't change anything in rig subsystem. Testrig works fine when i assembled it with subsystem from shared database.
There is warning in "message window" that actuator reached upper and lower limit.

Right, so you substitute each of your subsystems into a working assembly+rig and then figure out which one has the error by elimination.

All subsytem (from shared databases) works except subsytem i made, i think there is problem in my template and i think the problem is "hiding" in actuator upper and lower limit warning message...
I thought that maybe i need communicator to define contact path, but testrig input communicators doesn't ask for that.

I figured where problem was. My bushing curves was bad (low force limit). Thanks for help!
