MSC Automation - Wilmington, NC

I am looking for someone who used to work for MSC Automation that used to be in Wilmington, NC. They are out of business now.
We need to some drawings on a machine that they built for us in the spring of 2000. Any help with a name or contact info would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check with the former owners. If the business was shut down for lack of work the owners would be in possession of the documents. If the company went bankrupt, you might want to contact the bank that was listed on the bankruptcy, as being the primary lien holder. They might be in possesion of the drawings and IP of the company.

That is exactly what I am looking for. I don't have any names. I thought that maybe someone here might have a name or two of an owner or sales person.
I have no idea when they went under or why.

If you check with the local Department of State for your State, they should have records on corporations and ownership. Most states have a searchable database so that when you are starting a company and have ideas for a name, you can self search before seeking advice from a lawyer.
