There is quite a large range of MSE walls, could you be more specific? Segmental retaining walls, wrapped face walls, concrete panel walls, timber walls, gabion walls, geocell faced walls.... etc.

I reccomend the CALTRANS Bridge Design Specification Manual , chapter 5 has a great extensive section on MSE walls and required design paaremters for design.

Whew! That's a tall order (see layfieldman's comment)

But a pretty nice starting point for peer-reviewed literature on this subject is contained in Giroud's "Geosynthetics Bibliography" published by IFAI and available from any number of sources, including NAGS, or most major university libraries. This was published in '93, but will definitely start the ball rolling...

The FHWA publishes two hefty tomes on MSE one dealing with Design and Construction Guidelines and the other dealing with degradation mechanisms. The bibliographies in each run to several hundred citations. (Available on the FHWA site). Also try the WSDOT web site - three papers by Allen & Bathhurst as well as WSDOT 925 will give you even more. Finally, BS 8006 contains another extensive bibliography.
