Hey all,
I have been trying to learn Catia here for the past week or so and have a question. I usually use SolidWorks or Unigraphics and in them you are able to creat mulit-body parts that intersect, and later combine them. To clarify, in SolidWorks there is a check box when extruding a sketch that says 'merge result'. If you un-check it then you end up with 2 bodys, intersecting or not. I can then add features to either body independently and later combine them to make 1 solid body. Im sure there is a way to do this in Catia I just am having no luck doing it. Any help is much appreciated.
