MV flash due to leakage

We installed a generator to run in cogeneration and standby mode with our utility company (Eskom - South Africa). We experienced a flash between neutral and ground due to creapage. I need to work out the voltage drop caused when the flash accured. I know that the reading taken before the flash was 150A for 0.7s. It is a three phase system. Can anyone help me with this calculation?

I have the amount of amps per phase, the reactive, real and apparent power and the PF.
