MW/MVAR meters and Demand ammeter

Hi,

I want to learn how design following:
1. Replace existing MWH/MVARH meters at 12Kv of two 69/12Kv transformer with MW/MVAR meters.

2. REplace existing real time ammeters with demand ammeters for six 12Kv feeders in the substation cotrol house for feeder load management

Your help is very important to me
