I have been objected by one of the TPI that latest NACE MR0175 has restrictions for Sulpher pecentage to 0.025% max for carbon steel(A105 & A 350 LF2).I don't have the latend edition.Can anybody tell me whether it is true & in which para it is mention.

There is no requirement for such a maximum sulphur content, only a suggestion that it could be beneficial in rendering forgings less susceptible to HIC/SOHIC. That recommendation is contained in clause 8, paragraph 2. You will note that there are no "shall" or "should" statements associated with the text.
