Anyone have the layout of Nadadenko antenna ?

I've never even heard of it, in spite of paying attention to antennas for decades. And, interestingly, neither has Google.

Can you provide any context? Application? Is it a designer's name, or a brand name?

They're typically called a 'cage dipole'.

The effectively thicker elements basically lowers the Q and widens the bandwidth.


 
The main advantage of the antenna is broadbandness.
 
Use this antenna as broadband but in that case you should use an open line feed line 200 -300 OHm. Using this feed line the losses even with SWR=10-15 will be not to high vs the regular coax line feeder.
