Nov 17, 2010 #4 tys90 Mechanical Jun 15, 2007 157 20 ACH and 4 OA ACH according to the latest AIA guidelines. AIA adopted ASHRAE 170 in 2010 though. It depends what year your state has adopted though. Previous years are 15 I believe. Upvote 0 Downvote
