Winter humidity set-points for HVAC modelling package

Hello

I am using a standard thermal modelling HVAC package (Trane Trace).

For some rooms, we are only providing winter heating only. There is no means of engineered humidification.

The software is asking for the room 'humidifying set-point' in order to carry out the calculations. Any ideas what value I use?

just set a low setoint so it never tries to humidify. Maybe there is a better way to disable that.

why not contact Trane support?
