NCL CADD CAM seats

We are looking to offload six seats of NCL that are no longer being used. We originally bought ten, but our workload and workforce is not what it used to be. The seats are still valuable, just not being used now: hence no value to us.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where to go to offload or list the software?
