Has anyone used any of the various PFC boost chips at 400 Hz. I need to quote a 150 watt design with some pretty tight harmonic current limits. So far I have not found an off the shelf power supply that meets the requirements in table 16-4 of the RTCA/DO-160F spec.

i dont see why you can't use any of them at 400Hz.

Ive certainly never heard of a PFC chip for 400Hz specifically

I've used the UC2854-x for several proucts which had to meet full DO160D certification. 75W to 1.6kW. Most of these operated in the continuous-current boost mode to a ~270V rail. Some were at 400Hz and the some were for the 'wild' frequency, 360-800Hz. I would not suggest using the app-note feedback components; design your own loop because the app notes are all aimed at 60Hz.
