Before I cause any knicker knots... I'm old too.

Now down to biz. I have a licensed seat of NX 6 but no support. Curves whether a solid edge or wire frame are "jagged". It's not the machine, I know this because I have been running V12 on the same machine. I have to return the V12 license to it's owner and return to my seat of V6. AS I'm gonna be running V6 for near the future I'd very much like to resolve the graphics issue.

I have tried changing some settings but thought better ask for help before mess something else up. I tried to upload a sample of each but I'm failing to do something right.

Graphics card is quadro P1000 which as I said looks beautiful with V12. The machine is pretty good with a i9 processor, win 10 pro and 32 gb of memory.

BTW. I priced upgrading but is outta my reach for now.

Try exporting a pdf (and not a jpeg or tiff or anything else like that) and see if you get the same result.
NX6 is a while ago so I am not sure what the best way to export a pdf was, but it should be in there someplace.

Before you lose access to NX 12, compare the settings in visualization preferences vs. those in your NX 6 session. A few important (but not the only) options to check would be (locations are for NX 12, should be similar for NX 6):
preferences -> visualization preferences -> line -> curve tolerance
preferences -> visualization preferences -> visual -> session settings -> line antialiasing (and full scene antialiasing)

Also note that nVidia has a "control panel" program that can apply various settings per program; check that the NX 6 and NX 12 settings match there as well.

File => Assembly Load Options ... Check under the scope, and make sure that the "use partial loading" and "use lightweight representations" are not checked.

Thanks to all whom replied to my plea.

It turns out that line anti-aliasing was the solution to my problem. It is off by default in this old version, I turned it on and the lines are lines.

It is interesting that V12 was nice out of the box, not sure about the setting as that version is now back in the hands of it's owner.

Thanks again guys.
