Need biocompatable opaque material for experiement

I am looking for a bio-compatible material to block light across the whole spectrum. Setting up an experiment that requires to block all light on biological tissue. Is there a polymer or any such substance that can be applied as a gel or a spray paint that strongly adheres to the tissue and can be washed away or will biodegrade in a few days. Any information will be much appreciated. Thanks to the community.

Generally, opaque materials are not bio-compatible. Though, there are some materials which are used in Tissue engineering,Dental medicine, and orthopaedics. Have a look at these articles, you might get a solution. All the very best.
