we with 3kw laser,
7.5 lens
speed 900-1000 mm / min,
full power,
0 hz,
duty 100,
cutting with nitrogen (you can also try with air) pressure from 13 bar (3mm nozzle) or 8 bar with nozzle 4 double.
nozzle h at 0.4-0.5mm above surface
focal point at -4.5 / -5.0. for piercing you can use 2 methods, 1 as 6mm stainless steel or break through with oxygen but you have to reduce power and pressure. the material also makes a lot of difference, a 5754 alloy cuts much better than a 6080 or 6060.
 
Thx burex2 lowering frequency worked but still have major burr on underside
