Need dimensions or model for 6" SWEEPOLET

Hi everyone,
Anyone have dimensions for construction or location of a 3D model for a SWEEPOLET? I have a 26" OD pipe that is connecting to a 6" pipe via a sweepolet and I am trying to model that in solidworks.

Any help or info you can supply would be greatly appriciated!

Sweepolets are very different from various vendors.
You first have to get a dwg. from the vendor from the branch size and header size.
There is no standard dimension chart from vesselets/sweepolets.
