I need some help on a new set of liquid ring compressors that are not operating as designed, is there an expert consultant out there that you can recommend to me that understands liquid riings and help troubleshoot?

Thanks,

you said you are the limits of operation, what suction pressure are you tring to maintain and what is the discharge pressure?

and i might have misunderstood what you are looking for since i have seen LR pump and LR compressor terms get used almost interchangeably in the past.

my comments were referencing LR pumps. but even when looking up Nash's site for info:

under the description of the compressor they refer to it as a pump??

your comment regarding the KT (Kepner Tregoe?) analysis suggests that something has changed. has this operated correctly in the past or has it always been an issue since start-up. and was this a replacement LR or is this a new process?
