Need help in "Hec Ras"

Hi all,
I am a new member of this group,

I need to work on a No Rise Certificate using hec ras
I never used hec ras in that detail but I am familiar with the software
Is there any site where i can get the tutorial in pdf or in flash ,to read? how to do that? or any one have some tips for that
please let me know

any help is appericiated

As RWF says, just download the Users Manual, Applications Guide and Hydraulic Ref, and start reading. Or, even easier, re-download the whole software...v3.1 has all three references attached in their Help Window.

If your backgroung is Fluid mechanics, you will be fine...if not, I don't think you can reasonably teach yourself, and I highly recommend a course. I taught myself HECRAS, and a coworker of similar background and education paid over USD1,000 for a course. We are both equally capable of using HECRAS.
