Need help sourcing terminal

I have a lug terminal that we receive in equipment made in Italy. I would like to find a US supplier for this terminal. This is a flat blade style lug for #6 wire. I can find all manner of screw terminal lugs (blade like terminals with hole for screw), but no #6 flat blade style lugs without the holes. I have attached a photo.

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Looks a bit like a ferrule. If you do a google search on ferrule, you should find something that will do. Panduit makes the among others.

Check out Elpress, AMP (Tyco), Thomas & Betts. They should all have a flat blade in their stock lines.
