Need help wiring up an old Westinghouse Motor 1

I have a Westinghouse Motor
1/3 HP 800 RPM 230V single phase motor Code R NEMA
Model 312P532
Serial BL73
Type FT
56Y Frame
60 #2
Thermally Protected type C

Has a starter capacitor and a run capacitor. The motor is old, around 1970ish.
When I got it there were 3 leads coming to the motor. All connected to the motor lead terminal block. Blue Black White.

Need help in wiring it up correctly.

No idea why you would have a white wire (assuming you are in North America and white is neutral) running out to a 230V single phase motor. Is there a wiring diagram for whatever machine this is used in? Is there a wiring diagram on the inside cover of the motor connection box or on the nameplate of the motor? Could it have been mis-wired previously?

It can be single phase 115/230 V or 230 V with 2 x 110 V hot leads, I guess.

I am in North America. There are no wire diagrams whatsoever. I can't find anything searching the internet. Yes it could have been mis-wired previously. It puzzles me. I need to go to the basics and go with continuity, I think. Its hard to do with two capacitors.

I haven't put electricity to it, i don't want to blow it up.

check this link and see if this connection could work on your motor and use a ohmmeter to verify the different winding. Link
