Need help with SS tubing...

Hello does anyone know if a 2" diam w/.049 wall thickness Stainless steel tube can be formed with some rings around it. I mean an actual form of a ring around the tube that would increase its dia to 2.090" Im having trouble to find someone to manufacture it for me its not too complicated but it seems that it can't be done please advise..

Ring ..you mean like a flange? How long is it? I flare tubing all day long . Give me more details than i can help ya.
