Need something simpler/smaller than a micro-plc 2

Does anyone know of a programmable device that I can buy "off-the-shelf" for less than, say $75? I need to replace the Siemens Logo we currently use with something cheaper and/or smaller. Just an open circuit board would be perfect, doesn't need to be DIN rail mount or anything.

Needs to have (digital) 2 inputs/4 outputs, some kind of memory retention, and run on 120VAC. Outputs rated at least 3A/120V each.

Outputs are all simply timer controlled. Inputs are just for a "reset" function and a "pause" function.

I would like to stay away from having to buy my own EEPROM programmer or build my own board from scratch, I'm pretty much looking for something in between designing my own circuit board and buying a micro PLC.

Looks like you have lots of options from lots of helpful people.

There are many similar devices out there to the TECO that ADMIRALKEN pointed out, and the Zelio that was pointed out earlier. Seems to be lots of copycats in the field, all doing the same thing. I believe some of the most basic units (i.e., no display, etc) are in the price range that you are looking at.

I've used the Allen-Bradley PICO. Very slick programming software on the PC - like a PLC programming tool, even with a simulator for debugging. Worked very well in the application.

There is also the Moeller "Easy" series of Programmable Control Relays, also in the same price range.

Externally the Moeller product is a Pico - how similar are they internally? I guess the firmware must be different, but I'm curious.

In fact, the Pico programming software (that you can download free at the Allen-Bradley website), that I used for a project, is copywright by Moeller. Does that possibly tell you anything more about the Pico's origins?

A-B are no strangers to re-branding. Many of their control relays, for instance, are made by Omron.
