These pumps must be highly reliable,continuous,positive displacement,capable of interfacing into a multi-functional control panel that varies pump stroke (feed rates) of all similar pumps that feed caustic,one acid salt @pH appx.2.0,a second acid salt @pH3.5 all of which are monitored before and after feeding into variable boiler feedwaters operating at appx. 15lbs psig.I need an international supplier who would supply thousands of these pumps at manufacturer's prices and trouble-shoot engineering problems as they occur during a plant pilot installation.I need someone who KNOWS how to deal with the reliability and precesion problem!

Check out Prominent Pumps - they are located just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. They are a German-owned company (their plant in PA is a manufacturing plant). Sorry, I don't know their phone number but I'm sure you could find it by doing a simple internet search.

You can interface their pumps to your control system. They have models that will accept 4-20mA inputs, for example, to control the flowrate.

In my opinon, varying the stroking frequency as opposed to the stroke length is more accurate.

Another good manufacturer is Lewa (also German). In states, they can be found at

Their Ecodos model ("ECOnomical DOSing"... how's that for German marketing!) is a good, reliable, but not too expensive sealless metering pump.
