It appears to be a stainless pipe material, like 321 TP, but I can't nail it down. Any help out there? Thanks!!

The designation 1.4541 has nothing to do with the product form (sheet, plate, pipe, etc.). It is the Number designation used to complement the Name designation (which happens to be X6CrNiTi18-10 for this grade) in European Standards like EN 10088-1, EN 10088-2, EN 10222-5, etc.
