need to calculate the load for a cooling tunnel.
Line max speed is 800 kg/hr
Candy SKU ranging from 3.0g to 8.0g
15 Tr unit is already installed.
want to increase capacity for Dt (38c to 15c)
RH 30 to 35
need how much more Tr of capacity is required.
cooling time is 8 to 10 mins.
kindly provide answers with formula and solution.
Temperature inside the tunnel is 12 to 14 c
inlet temperature of Candy over the conveyer is 38c and want to reduce it to 15c.
Length of tunnel is 22ft
Height is 3ft Width is 6ft

Its not a homework problem Its a project for a chocolate industry and really need to calculate this load.
 
Good luck finding someone to do your job. In general, we don't do that. If you do the work and post it and ask specific questions on parts of it, not the whole thing, you have a good chance of getting some good feedback and critique.

Well your choices are:
Try working something out yourself and then post the results
Ask someone where you work how to do it
Pay an experienced engineer to calculate it

I can't work out what your current system is?.

Have you searched and researched old threads on the site for “cooling tunnel”?

Presumably you are a mechanical engineer, so, it should be a straight forward problem for you if you had stayed awake during your thermodynamics and heat transfer courses.
 
I was searching for things and found out about this forum. Issue have been solved days back. I don't know how things work here. Thanks for co operation. No need anymore.
