Need Torgue advice

Hi

Have idea to build 4x4 competition off-roader like hydrostatic hybrid.
Engine + hydraulic pump + accumulator + wheel motors.

Question = how much Nm needs 39'' agricultural tire to spin/start spin if it's fully entrenched into heavy wet clay or sand ?? (or how to calculate, or from where to found some info)

car weigh max 1500 Kg, tires 39'', wheel speed max 400 RPM
opinions at all - may there be a point, or is these just waste of time ??
(meaning - impossible to found parts with parameters I may need)

PS: First post - please don't kill me jet :) - English is not my home language

I can't answer your question. But the Bohne brothers, Don and Fran, once built an unusual modified pulling tractor in which the jet turbine engine (T-53?) drove a hydraulic pump which powered hydraulic motors at each rear wheel. This was at least twenty years ago and they no longer compete with the tractor. They are in Wellsville, New York- if I locate a phone# I'll post it later. I believe their business is still in operation (high precision machining, specializing in turbine stuff). They are pretty sharp engineers and might have some numbers that would help you. I realize that mud bogging and pulling are quite different, but they also were dealing with tall tires (somewhat more than 39") on unpaved surfaces (usually wet clay).
 
The name of their business was BOGO Machine, with phone numbers 585-593-2600 and 585-593-3593. A home phone was 585-593-6305, but I don't remember whether it was Don's or Fran's. I haven't called them in years- if you can't reach them, I could try to get up-to-date numbers for you.
 
ook - if I try to calculate so

I know 250 Nm engine can do that with 1st gear (around 1/4) + transfer (1/2) + C303 portal axles (around 1/7)

250x4x2x7 = 14000

driveline loss with transfer and portals 50-60% ???

4500 Nm ?
