There is lots of litterature on this subject but I would like to learn about real life experience from other technological professionals.

Does anyone have any experience with the use of a negative ionising system to remove airborne micro particles (mold spores, viruses, microbes, etc) inside air ducts? Has anyone ever used this technology successfully to clean return air? Whether this experience was successful or not, I would like to read about it: air flow, type of particles removed, application, cost, secondary effects, ozone increase, etc.
