Hi every one,I need some help I don't know wich direction to go? I am working with some smart engeneers from Moldova and we have got amazing results!!! WE made concrete using sea water, no more gravel in the concrete just: Portland cement, send, pozzalan and sea water. This concrete is two times stronger then a regular one, we mixing this concrete on the molecule level,it sets in 35 minutes, it means that in 35 min. you can take the fotms out and it gets the full strength in one hour.

If you have something you think the industry doesn't have, go to the pattent office. There surely the industry will try to prove that they already had that and oppose the award of the patent (and since they have good attorneys and patent services may succeed at). I frankly have not the lesser faith of patenting for your protection, I am sorry to say ... society is not precisely what good parents say yo their children. Even offering discoveries to some heavy money group is not warrant at all, they use to see any upstarts as unwanted competence to deal with more than engage.

Respect the discovery itself, I am not specialist in science of materials nor concrete fabrication but sea water mass concrete being good, will it be good for reinforced concrete? Ion chloride interaction with whatever etc. So maybe the more able of you in corrossion attack should examine these things.

And good luck.

Thank you for the link, that article was in 2006 and they were saing this:Information about the company's products in the United States should be directed to Beth Laski. Marketing materials, spec sheets and a website should be available in 60 days.See I was looking for their web.site with no luck looks to me that all that was just the words because to make concrete with sea water you need a fantastic mixer, we have it and it works, and what interesting is that the end product doesn't contain any salt plus to make 1 cu.m of concrete we need twice less cement and concrete is twice stronger then a regular one we can make so it sets in 10 min. and in 1hour it gets the full strength this is nano-technology and we are allmost ready to start selling this mixers around the world. If you have any info. about that company and why their C-crete concrete is still not avalable Thank you!

Edsolid,
You should do like the military does that is the only information you need to give out is your name, rank, and serial number. You just gave out some very valuable information about your product, it requires super mixing. If I were working on a similar product that would be very valuable time saving information.
Based on the information given in the post by berkshire you can bet others are working on their version of C-Crete and they will follow the path given in the post by ishvaaag

I would be very hesitant recommending any reinforced concrete mixed with salt water. My company did some research on sea water curing for a local port authority client, in the interests of reducing their water consumption. The findings were that use of sea water, just for curing the cast concrete (let alone actually mixing into the concrete), significantly reduced the life expectancy until reinforcement corrosion.
