New file creation 1

Hello guys. I have this peculiar problem with my UG. I am unable to create any new file (part, assembly, drawing etc) from the "New" tab. Reinstalling UG NX did not sort it out. Anyone facing/have faced this issue? Help!

UG version: NX 11.0.2.7
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Intel Xeon CPU E5-1607 v3 @ 3.10 GHz, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro K620 graphics
