Good morning everyone ,
I need your urgent consultancy please !
We are in the line of installing and commissioning a new 5.7 M.W power plant.
The unit arrived on-site but the CRITICAL ISSUE is the generator duty type !!!
It is supposed to be continues but the nameplate says it is Standby !!!
We immediately contacted the supplier , they said they double checked with the Generator manufacturer and they are sorry and it`s just a nameplate print mistake and they will send another nameplate where it will state Continues rather than standby ...
The question is ...
Is this mistake possible to happen with a major unit and project like this ?
What is the best approach to follow in such a situation ?
Please advise ,
Kind regards.
