If you note at the bottom of the screen there is a new Step 3 (Step 4 for new posts) where you can include a graphic in your posts....either by directly posting a direct URL to an online graphic or uploading your graphic to Engineering.com.

So for posts with difficult to explain conditions, you can now offer a picture, drawing, etc. via this method.
