Nexom's Eco-Belt for Primary Treatment (Major Issues)

Has anyone installed the Nexom Eco-belt (aka Eco Mat) for primary treatment? We installed four about five years ago and have had sludge build-up under the doctor blade since day 1. If the sludge is not cleaned off the doctor blade, the belt slips off and causes a lot of issues. We are having to thoroughly clean the ecobelt every day. If you have any similar issues, please let me know.
