Anyone know where I can find copies of Nigerian Regulations applicable to offshore Oil & Gas online anywhere ?
For example ...
Drilling and Production Regulation (and ammendments)

Petroleum Regulation
I've found most of the legislation (acts) and some directives from NNPC but I can't find the regulations.
Its been suggested the regulations require all pipelines to be ILI piggable but I want to confirm.
