Nodularity index in nodular iron?

Hello,

our customer sent us new supply specifications in which he demands following:
Test report on graphite formation
o Form of graphite
o Quantity (%) of graphite form in each case
o Nodularity index (%)
o Nodule density per cm²
o Quantity (%) of ferrite/perlite
o Nodule size of graphite
All other parameters are specified in ISO 945-1, but I cannot find what nodularity index is and how or according to which standard it is specified.
Can anyone help me?

Have you referred to ASTM E 2567-11 " Standard Test Method for Determining Nodularity and Nodule Count in Ductile Iron using Image Analysis"

Also there is a position paper on the same, you may refer.
